We sing for the future.

One response to “We sing for the future.”

  1. The Russian Futurists concert was a wonderfully performed adventurous program and I am glad it got some sort of write up. The music was very challenging but everyone involved – the soloists, chorus and the orchestra – really rose to the occasion. Chant Funèbre sur la Mort d’Un Poète was breathtaking.
And the audience responded very strongly to hearing many premiers of unfamiliar work. I was lucky enough to be in the first tier with a very attentive enthusiastic group. Made me proud to be a New Yorker 🙂
P.S. That Mark Hollis CD is amazing – it’s the one he did awhile ago (I think 2000) right? I’m assuming you’ve heard the last two Talk Talk albums as well?
